Here’s how your Contactless Check-In works:
- Arrival time: Arrive any time after 2:00 PM.
- Key safe instructions: We’ll send you an SMS with your key safe code on your arrival date. The key safe is located by the main entrance doors.
- Contact information: If you need help please lift the phone next to the safe outside the front main entrance doors to get in touch with us.
- Payment reminder: To avoid any delays, please make sure your payment is complete before you arrive.
- Late-night access: Use the black fob to access the main entrance doors after 10pm. Hold the fob against the reader until the door opens.
- Activate room power: Insert the white tag into the slot by the door to activate power in your room. Please ensure the tag is inserted fully with the arrow facing upwards.

- On-site parking: Unallocated on-site parking is available (one vehicle per apartment).
- Wi-Fi: The password for the “Terrigal Sails Guest” network is posted outside reception in the foyer.
- Guest laundry: Located on the ground floor – room key access. Outdoor clothesline located on level 2 near BBQ.
- Lift Access: Convenient Lift Access to All Rooms
- Iron and ironing board: Located in the apartment cupboard.
For your comfort:
- Light breakfast (refreshed daily): Cereal, milk, juice, and water.
- Beach towels & beach umbrellas: Two beach towels are in the bathroom cupboard. Umbrellas & extra towels: Request from reception. Leave used towels in apartment.
For your enjoyment:
- BBQ & garden facilities: Our BBQ area is a great place to get fresh air and sunshine without straying far from the convenience of your apartment. Located on level 2, the BBQ area also features garden features with comfortable seating and table. Turn the key and press the green button on the front of the BBQ to use.
For your peace of mind:
- After-hours assistance: Dial from your room phone or lift the phone outside the main entrance doors near keysafe for emergencies such as maintenance issues, or security concerns.
Non-Smoking Property: This includes all rooms, hallways, stairwells, and common areas within the building.
